Our philosophy is every dish is made from scratch and made to order. True to our head chef’s Chinese roots, we hand-roll all of our dumplings, hand-slice all of our locally sourced meats, hand-chop our fresh local vegetables, and create all of our sauces in house. Our kitchen prides itself in the work that goes into every dish, which is never pre-cooked. You can feel good about what you are eating and taste the difference.

Farm to table is our philosophy for making fresh food from scratch. Not only do we use locally sourced vegetables, fruits, and meats, but we also use locally sourced seafood right here from South Louisiana.

Wok cooking is all high drama with high flames that curve around the underside of the dome-shaped pan as fragrant clouds of smoke cloak the stove, all the while vegetables and meat are propelled above the pan into the air by our highly trained chefs. After a few short minutes the finished dish is scooped out into an awaiting plate and ready to serve.
